A. DOCUMENT: Work Style Preferences Inventory (you are now in Section 3: Process)

RESULTS:

Social
Social persons like dealing with people. They enjoy caring for and assisting others in identifying their needs and solving their concerns. Social persons like working and co-operating with others. They prefer to be involved in work that requires interpersonal contact.

Directive
Directive persons like to take charge and control situations. They like to take responsibility for projects that require planning, decision making and co-ordinating the work of others. They are able to give direction and instructions easily. They enjoy organizing their own activities. They see themselves as independent and self-directing.


Objective
Objective persons enjoy working with tools, equipment, instruments and machinery. They like to repair and/or fabricate things from various materials according to specifications and using established techniques. Objective persons are interested in finding out how things operate and how they are built.

INSTRUCTIONS:

2. Look at the top of the page and click on "What are multiple intelligences". Copy and paste the descriptions of the 3 intelligence areas where you scored the highest (ie kinesthetic, linguistic, etc). #1 should be your highest score etc.
This list should include the name of the category and the description.

Highest Scores:
1. Logical - Number Smart
You may be number smart. You will be good at mathematics and other number activities; you are also good at solving problems. This is sometimes called being Logical smart.

I do not agree with the results of first test because I think it should have more percentage should be innovative. I agree with other values.

Also do not agree with the values ​​of color chart because I think that should have a higher percentage would be blue,because my area is the music and I think that is what makes it my kind, yet has very low values​​in graph.

I agree with the values​​ of the last test,because somehow the music is part of the arts, which was where I had the largest share. Then also showed the share of agriculture and nature, which also has something to do with me, I love nature and do what I can to look after her. The third value is not much to do with me because I think itwould never give to education. Finally, I disagree with the fourth value because I think my area also has nothing to do with distribution,etc.


Finally, I think that many test scores do not add up, but there were others that were right on target in my area. I want to pursue music and was one of the lowest figures in the chart, but already one of the latest hit charts right, because the result was "arts" in the first value.
